If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase made from our website (this excludes retail and Amazon purchases), we will gladly issue a full refund to the original form of payment. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to initiate the refund process.
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. Also, we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
